Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We pack your art with detailed care, love, and protection. However, we do not take responsibility for any potential damage to the art outside our studio.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation Policy
Georgianbeauty.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the operations team and the process of assignment has begun.
- Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the company’s refund policy as informed and declared from time to time.
- No cancellation is allowed for orders placed under the "Same Day Delivery" category.
- No cancellations are entertained for products/services obtained through special discounts or offers on occasions like New Year, Diwali, Mother’s Day, etc. These are limited-time offers and cancellations are not possible.
- No cancellations on special orders.
Refund Policy
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 24-hour money-back guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund, subject to deductions for legal documents or services provided.
To request a refund, just send an email to georgianbeautyjewelry@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 24-72 hours after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
